Today, members of the Volunteer Medical Corps Maiduguri, Borno State, located in the North Eastern part of Nigeria organized a voluntary blood donation drive in partnership with the Trauma Care International Foundation. Many of those present were excited at the opportunity to improve the chances of survival of patients with traumatic injuries which are common in their environment.
