Good sleep is just as important as diet and exercise. Aim for 7–9 hours of quality sleep each night. Turn off screens at least an hour before bed to improve melatonin production. A bedtime routine, such as reading or meditation, helps relax your mind. Better sleep leads to more energy, focus, and overall well-being.
