The smiles on the faces of the women and children at New Ningo District in Greater Accra, Ghana was big to light up a town as members of the VMC Ghana carried out a special medical, and send portion outreach in partnership with the Inner City Mission.
170 Adults, 80 Youths and 230 Children benefited from the free medical screening carried out. 120 children between the ages of 2 and 12 years who had not been previously dewormed were dewormed with their parents consent. The adults were screened for diabetes and hypertension and those who required hospital management were referred appropriately.

All 430 beneficiaries present received donations of free clothing, send-portion of 100 packs were distributed to the elderly and young families, and over 100 insecticide treated nets distributed to the families present
The team ministered specially to all present, and gifted them with Christian literature, many received salvation.
