In a heartfelt gesture that reflects the true spirit of giving, VMC Bangalore visited a local orphanage and provided free educational supplies to over 150 children under the VMC 1 Million Smiles Campaign for the 2023 World Humanitarian Day celebration.
Many of the children in the children's home had lost their enthusiasm for learning due to the lack of appropriate school supplies.
Volunteers in the VMC Bangalore Chapter provided them with school kits loaded with supplies with the firm intention of putting smiles on the faces of all those present.
The children's beaming smiles when they first saw their new supplies were wonderful! For many of these kids, these stationery items signified more than simply tools; they represented a chance for a brighter future filled with possibilities.
This small but significant good deeds activity serves as a reminder that each of us has the power to make a difference, and that there’s so much we can do by working together.
