Blood donation is very important and necessary; no country can provide sufficient blood for all patients
who require transfusion that’s why voluntary blood donation is vital.
As part of their participation in the ‘’One Million Good Deeds Campaign’’ our super volunteers in the
VMC Pretoria Chapter carried out a voluntary blood donation drive in partnership with the Trauma Care
International Foundation, through which they mobilized donors to give safe blood to help children with
anemia, victims of traumatic injuries, and women with childbirth-related complications who may require
a blood transfusion.
