The Light of Hope project is a special cancer prevention awareness campaign. Over 9.6 million people globally die every year as a result of cancer and a staggering number of these figures are children.
The Volunteer Medical Corps armed with the message of the gospel through this campaign seeks to seed the hearts of these cancer patients with visions of hope and a cancer-free world and also provide a better environment for them.

Last year, we had the privilege to witness and participate in the journey of these unbelievably resilient children, adults and their families. The strength and sheer will of these patients and their families to survive, protect and guide their love through a scary and sometimes painful process is inspirational.
